+ -1 moreAgain the service and fast and prompt response was exemplary. As an ex-home owner who was rented a property in Boston, the tenant always comes first.
Description of Work: Air conditioning was acting during the summer days, I called the realtor in charge of the condo, Mr. Dillenseger, and within an hour some one was there to repair the a/c. Mind you this realtor is located in South Florida, 5 hours away from Jacksonville. Encomium to this company and Mr. Dillenseger.

+ -1 moreI never had to worry about my questions going unanswered because Andre always made sure to answer all my questions to the fullest extent. I would highly recommend Andre for anyone that needs a property manager as he made my experience as a first time renter a very good one. I never had any problems and would definitely use Andre in the future if given the opportunity
Description of Work: Andre was very helpful the whole time that I was living in an apartment that he was the property manager for. I had never rented before and I had a lot of questions and no matter what the question was or how many questions I had he was always willing to help. If I had any problems he was quick to resolve them and was always very nice.

+ -1 moreGREAT!!! I would absolutely use Andre and his team again. The only reason why I'm no longer with them is because of a foreclosure. I have not had a bad experience for the entire year I've worked with Andre.
Description of Work: Andre and his team made my stay at Windsor Falls an amazingly easy one. Andre always responded to all maintenance requests immediately and had someone out ASAP. He was always understanding and accommodating to us.
