Terrible! Although Impressions in Design showed up on the two days promised to install the office, they left four items open (significant ones: missing glass front door, properly filling pull out printer tray, hooks that hold up files, as opposed to letting them fall and a replacement desktop that isn't so deep). They suggested we hold back $100 of the purchase price and they'd come finish the work. It has been 10 months now of constant calling, broken promises, excuses and even a letter from my attorney - all falling on deaf ears. Everytime I call, I am met with a condescending voice that promises to finish the job but has yet to do anything. I imagine they hang up the phone and laugh, knowing they never planned to fulfill any promise. My next and final dispute resolution avenue is to file a lawsuit as that seems to be the only way to get their attention.
