When materiel arrived in the Bahamas the panels did not fit. Notified them, with pictures of the problem in late fall 2014. They have admitted the panels are wrong but have not responded with any resolution at all to multiple calls and emails. This month no response at all to any of several communications.
We paid freight and import duty on top of the purchase price. Total our cost for the panels is +/- $1500.00. I believe they are hoping we will give up and go away. We will not.
We want a bank check covering our entire cost, which we will be glad to detail, as well as the return packaging, freight and incidental costs if they wish to have the panels back. In the alternative we will accept the correct panels but only if all costs - packaging, freight to the Bahamas, import duty and associated fees, local Bahamian 7% tax and delivery to our site are guaranteed in a manner satisfactory to us.
