 + -1 moreIf you hire Ira, you will be an extremely happy landlord. Especially if you are an out town property owner. He takes care of literally everything, including maintaining regular visits to the tenants. He responds immediately to their concerns and that keeps them happy. He has extensive contacts with everything from handymen to skilled tradesmen. He will keep you informed of everything he is doing and always works in the best interest of his employer. He is dependable, trustworthy and diligent. I suggest that if he makes a recommendation regarding your property...TAKE IT. He has years of experience and he knows what he is talking about. I thought his rate was reasonable and he was wort every penny.

 + -1 moreHe has always been easy to contact. If he didn't answer, he would call me back immediately. He was always timely in getting subcontractors out to do maintenance on the duplex. As far as my experience with him, when I first met him as a renter, he went above and beyond. He gave me a personal tour of three neighborhoods around the area showing me the restaurants and shops out of his own generosity.
Description of Work: I have been with him for 2 years at the same residence.
