08-31-2022 I recently had an issue with AC unit. Outdoor unit failed to run. Called Ice City Air Conditioning and received an appointment within 1 hour of request. Very prompt response time. Ozzy was very friendly, courteous, efficient, and thorough. Diagnosed the issue immediately as a broken capacitor and corrected the problem with HQ part replacement. Very knowledgeable and gave detailed explanations during the repair. Offers excellent service at affordable price and Ozzy was kind enough to give us a further discount. Definitely recommend their services.

This was not an easy job & overdue. Ozzy responded immediately & stopping by to access the job same day. He returned the next morning & worked in hot attic without a complaint. The result is a cooler home, all drains running well, 21-point diagnostic routine produced no issues & all at a very reasonable charge. I am glad I found a Company of this caliber so close to my home. I will use again & especially when replacing units since many competitors like to sell but fail to service their customers as I have experienced.

they came on time, they repair my air conditioner in few hours and is up and running. They are polite. Great company! I will definitely use them again. They also cleaned up when they left , they are respectful on the property , it was good !

bad he said we needed a little freon and a flood switch sensor and changed a trap charged us $200.00 and told us a/c drain pipe was clogged to call a plumber. Plumber just came advised us they don't do that the a/c tech needs to do that.
