Three visits were made: At the first visit a technician came & assessed the situation, spoke with the general contractor & supposedly a plan was made. Site Visit Cost $90. Once the roof work was started IQ was called & asked to implement the plan. The original technician was on vacation so the second technician came out draped wires up higher to get them out of roofers way. Unknown to me, the wires penetrating the roof membrane were not addressed. Two more representatives arrived, reviewed additional work that we required (all existing wires in conduit & new data wiring). Site visit cost $145. Third Visit: The original technician came with the second technician & formulated a plan to relocate the wires, put all wiring in conduit & add the data wiring. Site visit cost $322. Three site visits costing $557 and IQ was unable to formulate a plan and give an estimate to actually do any work.

THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. THEY ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. I HAVE USED THEM FOR OTHER JOBS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY.
