I was very impressed with the overall service. I dealt with both Jennifer and Cristina, co-owners of the company. They used all acid-free mounting and matting. We had an issue that the frame that I had originally brought in to use would not work (which had to do with the frame, not their workmanship). We selected one of their frames, and renegotiated a very fair price. They even went so far to re-work the frame that I had brought in, and shrunk wrapped it so that I could return it. Overall, great workmanship, and OUTSTANDING customer service! They even went so far as to help me to the car with the frames. A+
