I had previously written an negative review on this company as a non-member.
The Regional Manager contacted me immediately and I must say that I was very surprised as how he has handled my complain and has exceeded my expectations in remedying the company's mistake. He has also done it in a way in which he has re-gained my trust. As a result I have reinstated my services of every other month yard fumigation and I also became a member of Angie's List.

When I hired this company with a service plan of every other month I was very clear in requesting not to fumigate the yard on a raining day. Not only did this provider fumigated on a day that it rained all day. The technician lied to me. My fumigation was scheduled for a Friday, when I noticed that it was going to rain all day I immediately e-mailed the contact person that I had been dealing with and he said that he was not sure if the fumigation was going to be done on that Friday. To my surprise when I got home I found the notice hanging on my front door that my yard had been fumigated and by the same person that I had been e-mailing with. I requested a re-done and he responded that he was not sure if it could be done. I responded by cancelling my services. A few days later someone from the company contacted me to find out why I was cancelling my services and he said that he will for sure re-do my yard but I can no longer trust this company.
I'm also surprised that this company has good reviews in Angie's List when I have now found very poor reviews on other sites.The salesman showed up on time. He appeared knowledgeable. My wife asked him POINT BLANK "is your own crew going to be doing the job?" and he said yes. The day of the fumigation a different company showed up and did the job. At that point we had taken all the critical goods out, housed the pets somewhere, etc. so we just ate it. However, this was no what were expecting.
We called the supervisor who had us look at the fine print where it said they could legally do that.
After raising this concern the vice-president called me to explain the policy and that it was not the way they conduct business. He told me that the salesman was no longer with them so in fairness it may have been a problem with salesman and not the company's practices. The vice-president stated that they still stand behind the service with their warranty regardless of who tented the house. He extended our warranty from one to two years.
