They do everything, they manage the whole project from flooring to appliances and design. The experience was excellent, all of the people they have referred to me have been very professional. I have high respect and regard for them, they are very customer oriented. It is a husband and wife team and they explain the pros and cons with options. She gives me swatches and samples and gives reasons for why certain things might be better than others. My house is unusual in terms of architecture so she really helps me to stay true to the architecture of the house. She is very sensitive to the idea that any changes we make might enhance the value of the home if we ever decided to sell it.
