Janvier was AMAZING! I called various locksmiths some of which are listed in Angielist and say they are 24 hours but no one would answer or they refused to come out. Well I called Honesty and he was there in 20 minutes to help me. The charge was 80$ to unlock my door. But because my locks were difficult to the point that his drill bit broke in the lock. He charged me 65$ for a new lock. He even offered to change all my locks so it would be on the same key for free. He was professional, excellent customer service and responsive.

"I remember when [member name removed] call me. She was pretty desperate. That's the way most of people feel when keys are lost and they don't have the way to get inside the house. Besides it was raining that day and non of the locks picked. So I had to drill it and replace it with a new one. It is so grateful to see customer faces when they see their house or car open is like they got the jack pod. Thanks Anna for your review it was a pleasure to serve You. God Bless You."

I bought three medeco locks to replace three locks on the doors that were falling apart.  The locks were too complicated to install for me, so I called all access locksmith, which I found on Angie's list.  I called and spoke to Janier, explained the situation, and he came in the next day and did the job.

It became necessary to replace our doorknobs and deadbolts on the exterior doors.  We called All Access Locksmith on a Saturday at 4:00 pm and Javier came out to our house first to ensure he knew the exact types of equipment needed. He thoroughly explained what he would do and gave us a choice on the range of locks and brands to choose for replacement. Once we selected the type, he left, returned with the hardware and completed the installation within 3 1/2 hours of the time we originally called him - on a Saturday! One note: While the phone number is the same, the receipt shows a different company name - "Honesty Door & Locksmith" rather than "All Access Locksmith". Perhaps the company name has changed?
