Everthing went really smooth.  They came out, gave us an estimate.  Lee ordered our windows and had them installed sooner than anticipated.  The installers were professional and knew what they were doing.  We will be using them again in the future for our back windows.  Also, we had a couple estimates-- very fair prices.

They repair their windows & screens quickly and with quality
workmanship.  They speak English and explain all the pros & cons of
their products.   All work is done on the premises so you can see the
workshop.  I never feel as though I have been milked for extras that I
don't want or need.
 They also install shower or tub glass doors & enclosures

My experience with them was very satisfactory and they were clean. The only drawback was that their communication was in Spanish. We have used them two times before.

My house was built in 1969 and it has awning windows. Awning windows in Florida have been outlawed, so no one makes the parts anymore. Mine just recently needed maintenance. These guys worked hard to hunt and find the parts that I needed. His repairmen did an excellent job repairing my windows. They have the men and parts to fix the windows on older homes. I was VERY happy with their diligent service. The windows are mechanically challenging and can be just a nightmare of parts when they break. They did a remarkable job and I felt like the price for the work was phenomenal. They offered to replace my windows but they agreed with me that these were the best to have especially during a rainstorm. I appreciate that they were able to explain to me the things that I could do in order to help maintain my windows.

A friend mentioned Home Sales when I asked him if he new of a good window repair company in the area. I called them on March 24, 2009 and they said they could have someone come by the next day to check it out. Noah and Nick came by the next day (March 25) and reviewed the problems I had. They said they would be back later in the day to fix everything. They did return and fixed the sliding glass door and repaired the broken kitchen window. They decided that the bathroom window could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Also the bedroom windows needed a different part that they would have to fix the next day. They returned the following day and replaced the bathroom window, but could not repair the bedroom windows. I told them I was not available the next day, but would be available three days the following week. They told me they would schedule a return visit to complete the job on the bedroom windows. I paid them the $642 for the sliding door, the bathroom window and the glass in the kitchen window. I never heard from them again, and I did not call them back. They were all very pleasant and I thought that everything they did repair, was done well.

For the most part it went well. The company was fairly good about correcting problems that occurred.

From the estimate to the completion went perfectly.

Good job, nice young men, price way out of line and the owner refused to reverse $45.00 service charge.

THE HURRICANE BLEW AWAY OUR POOL SCREEN. THEY CAME AS SOON AS THEY COULD. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT THEIR WORK AND WE ARE SATISFIED.
