Not good.  The delivery crew botched the job of reversing the door to the new freezer.  Then they left in a hurry before the problem was noticed.  Home Depot delivery department was not able to help after long calls and periods on hold.  Twice the call was disconnected to get rid of the problem.  The store manager was able to schedule an appointment with a repair man for next Friday the 9th.  We are worried the freezer may not be repairable and may want to give it back and buy one somewhere else.

Store manager Angel Munoz stepped in to clear up mess caused by the Hollywood Fl store. This was not his responsibility by any stretch of the imagination. He isn't being paid to do more work, or be such a decent human being, he is really an angel.
