The sales associate came to our house and promised all that and then some. In particular he promised that the caulk would never mildew as long as we live there. Also beware of their high pressure sales tactics. "This deal is only good today, tomorrow the price will go up 10%". Not what you would expect from a reputable company.
First came their plumber. A complete disaster, this guy didn't know what he was doing. One of the joint was leaking. I called another plumber that did work for me before to fix the Home Depot guy's screw ups. The installation went relatively smooth and the tub fit perfectly.
About 2 years after installation the non-mildew caulk started developing mildew inside the caulk. You can't actually clean it off since the mildew grows inside the caulk.
Buyer beware. Home Depot over promises, over charges and under delivers. When I asked them to solve the problem they were rude and told me that after 1 year its not their problem anymore. You will find better products, better prices and better service elsewhere.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. I THINK HOME DEPOT IS A LITTLE BIT TOO EXPENSIVE WITH MANY OF THEIR SERVICES. OTHER THAN THAT THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB.

WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH THEIR WORK, IT LOOKED REALLY NICE. AFTER A FEW WEEKS THE CABINETS BEGAN TO FALL AND ARE NOW HANGING DOWN. I CONTACTED THEM TO FIX IT, BUT THEY WILL NOT DO IT FOR FREE.
