When the installer got here, he was lovely. He took me to the truck to show me the carpet and padding that he had to install. The color was wrong but it was so lovely that I still had him install it. The padding is thin but it is fine. I picked them out though so it is not their fault.

I had a hard time getting them to come out for an estimate. After having a difficult time getting any initial response, I had to go back five times before I could get someone to come out and give an estimate. When somebody did finally come out, they tried to sell me special order doors to fit since the ones they had were a half inch off. I told them to just put wood slats on the edges of the doors to make up the difference. I waited 8 weeks and never received an official estimate for work. I finally complained and told them I wanted my initial fee back. I did find out that in the end they wanted to charge me $2500.00 to install 5 $49.00 doors!

THIS WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR US. THE MAN THEY SENT TO MY HOME TO DO THE JOB HAD A BAD ATTITUDE AND PERSONALITY. HE WAS NOT ABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT I ASKED HIM.

WE HAVE USED HOME DEPOT FOR MANY OF OUR HOUSEHOLD NEEDS. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND EAGER TO GET TO WORK. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS COMPANY HAS.

THE COMPANY CAME OUT AND TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS FOR THE WINDOW. THE DID A FANTASTIC JOB INSTALLING THE WINDOW. IT WAS A PERFECT FIT. I WOULD DEFIANTLY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY HAVE VERY HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS. THEY CALLED BEFORE THEY CAME OUT TO MAKE SURE WE WOULD BE HERE. THEY CAME OUT AND TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS. THEY WERE VERY POLITE. THEY SURPASSED ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS AFTER THE LAST RUN-IN I HAD WITH HOME DEPOT.
