They could have better floor personnel to answer questions. It is hard to find people there and getting answers to your questions unlike Ace Hardware.

They are very reasonable with price. They have quality product. Their subcontractors are dependable.

They said that they would deliver it and bring it in our condo. When they showed up they just left it downstairs and would not bring it up as they had told us they would. I was very dissatisfied and would not use them again.

The workers were very helpful getting the box onto my pick up truck.

Horrible. They delivered the products, knowing we had gas for the dryer, but sent a crew that was unable to hook it up. The crew dropped the dryer onto the gas line, damaging it. They did not provide the rebates they promised in the ad, and dragged their feet for months to rectify the problem, until they just said, too bad, we'll give you 10% off your next purchase!

THEY DID GOOD WORK. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DID. THE ONLY THING THAT I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT THEM WAS HOW SLOW THEY WERE. I THINK I WOULD HAVE TO EXPLORE ALL OF MY OPTIONS BEFORE HIRING THEM AGAIN.

HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB. IT WAS A ONE-MAN CREW. HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY FRIENDLY. HE ASKED US IF WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS AND HE CLEANED UP HIS MESS WHEN HE LEFT.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY HAD A GOOD VARIETY OF STYLES TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY HELPED US CHOOSE WHAT WE WANTED. THEY CAME OUT ON SCHEDULE. THEY FINISHED THE BATHROOM WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY HAD THEM DONE IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. THEY HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE REPAIRMEN WERE GREAT. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS TO US WHEN THEY WERE HERE TO DO THE WORK.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY WERE QUICK TO SATISFY ANY NEEDS OR QUESTION WE HAD. WHEN WE COMPLAINED THAT THEY BEAT UP THE WALLS, THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.

THIS WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE. THEY WERE VERY POSITIVE ABOUT THEIR WORK. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY HAVE WORKED ON OUR HOME PREVIOUSLY AND, WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY HAVE A GREAT ASSORTMENT OF PRODUCTS TO CHOOSE FROM.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF US. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT PROVIDING INFORMATION ON ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD. THEY GOT OUR POWER RESTORED QUICKLY.
