We got a new screwdriver set, sandpaper, and garbage bags. Usually when I go, things are not that easy to find. There are a lot of people at this store for help though. There were guys available in the front, and they helped out right away. They were very helpful, and they are bilingual as well. The lines are not ever that long, so it is easy to get in and out really quick.

Hurricane Shutter Service
We went to Home Depot because of their reliability. The shutters are not up yet. The estimate is about $8000. I think the price is reasonable. I'm waiting to see the quality of service. They've been responsive. Their punctuality and professionalism has been excellent.

This experience was pretty bad. They let the permits expire. I tried to contact them to no avail. The responsiveness was non-existent. I had to keep after them before I got any results.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE BUT OTHER THAN THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. IT WAS 2 GUYS AND THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY SEEMED VERY FRIENDLY AND WERE VERY NICE. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AND BEFORE THEY LEFT THEY ASKED IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS.

THEY WERE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE. IT TOOK THEM A MONTH BEFORE THEY COULD EVEN FIT ME IN TO INSTALL MY NEW WINDOWS. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THEY DID A FAIR JOB.
