Hire someone else. This is a very bad company. We renovated our house and need to install new gutters in 2020. Chose Gutters Edge. There were leaks everywhere. Water was overflowing. I contacted the owner Robert who promised he was going to fix everything. Each time he found new excuses not to be able to come. 2 years later he did not come yet. Then after I tried to reach out to him again, he informed me that he moved his business to the Keys and that Miami is too far for him. Poor customer service. No pride and multiple lies. Hire someone else.

Initially OK, but then problems: one gutter held water and Robert fixed it. Now other gutter is sagging badly and holding water. Robert made an appointment for this week but no-showed, no call. He promised to come next day but did not do so. Now he is ducking my calls.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR QUALITY. DO NOT USE. Robert installed gutters at the front of my house and what should have been an easy 1/2 day job has turned into over 5 weeks of chasing this guy down to do it right. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. He doesn't pick up his phone EVER. Forget trying to coordinate a time to show up because he never shows up when scheduled. No call. No heads up. Just a flat out no show. I literally called him every day for 2 weeks and he still hasn't shown up to fix the problem. The last and final problem was that he installed the gutter so it pitches in the opposite direction of the downspout!! This is basic stuff that he did wrong and now he is M.I.A.. He told me 10 times he was coming to fix the problem and each time never showed. No call. No heads up. Just doesn't show up. It's literally a 10 min job to come fix his work and complete the job that I paid for. What a joke. He stole my money.

MAN !!! Robert didnt mess around. Installed the gutters within a week of contacting him. Had the exact color I was looking for. Did a great Job. Thankyou Robert

Gutter Edge was very responsive in a time-sensitive situation, coming out to provide an estimate on the same day and completing the work within a few days of my initial call. Some other companies could not even manage to provide an estimate before Gutter Edge had completed the work. I am very pleased with my experience.

Update to last review, Robert has still not kept his word to return and repair my leaking gutters.

The new gutter and downspout were installed as scheduled. The gutters come in a variety of colors, so we picked the beige one that most similarly matches our house paint. However, the guy who installed them used a beige gutter, but then put on a cream colored downspout and also used a cream colored support brace. He said the beige colored downspout he brought was dented, so he was just going to put the cream one on temporarily. So, we went ahead and paid in full. Our bad. Now 3 months and MULTIPLE phone calls, voicemails, text messages have been sent to Robert (the owner) with NO REPLY and the problem still has not been corrected. I would absolutely not recommend this company unless you want multi-colored gutters and a world of frustration. UPDATE: On August, 20th our gutter downspout and support brace were changed to the proper beige color.

Wanted to update an earlier review. Robert from Gutter Edge showed up to install my gutters after an earlier misunderstanding. He was prompt. courteous and professional. It actually poured down with heavy rain right after he left and gutters worked great. Would highly recommend him to anyone interested in getting gutters.

Excellent contacted them, they came out the next day gave me the estimate we agreed of the price and they came out and did the installation. Everything was done to our satisfaction. I recommend them whole heartily.

Service was friendly, on time, professional and well done. After install, we had a nice thunderstorm to see the effects of the new gutter system. Everything worked great. Much improved from previous gutters. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future if I need gutter services.

Awful, work on 6/12/15 still not returned to correct problem. Price $985.00 small home in Miami Shores. Will not Text, call or email me. Said he would come on 6/13/15. Sent workers who did not correct the problem. Thought I was their to supervise them. Not my job. Never a day or time given when they would come. A can of spray paint exploded when a worker dropped tin snips. Covered my neighbors black iron fence with cream paint. I have many pictures. Said he would fix it not yet today July 01,2015.

Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. It was quick, easy and looks great. I will definitely use him again.

Did not show up on the first appt. After I called, he returned the call the next day and completed the job the following. He was very polite and explained that he had been tied up with other jobs. I would have preferred a phone call to let me know he would have to rescheduled. Other than that, he service was very professional and the job completed.

Quite possibly the smoothest and fastest project done on my house to date. Robert contacted me within hours of me reaching out to him via Angie's List. Came out the same day to give an estimate and agreed to the quote immediately. Work was scheduled and completed within a week. Probably would have done quicker if it wasn't for that Miami rain. Job site was left spotless, no debris. I wish all home repair work was this easy. I would recommend Robert and Gutter Edge to anyone needing gutters.

Robert was very responsive. The front gutter was accidentally made inside out and the downspout in the back protruded strangely due to the way the house is built. Both issues were resolved quickly and professionaly.

Robert has problems telling the true and carrying out his word. I am including the string of emails exchanged so you can see that he actually left the job incomplete and non- functional. The emails are in the message center of Angie's list as well. The process started in September 29 of 2014 when I purchased a deal for $90 to install a small gutter (about 7 feet). It was finally in December (2.5 months later) that he came to install it. Unfortunately, with the first couple of light rains a lot of residual water was left at one side of the gutter that did not run along it to the end, and never drained. With the next rain the water was overflowing in the area I just mentioned. I was obvious that it was tilted (leveled) towards the opposite end of the downspout. A week latter I started to call him and leaving messages asking him to please come back and fix the problem he left. He became repetitive all the times he called me back saying that he would be at my place shortly. That is why I decided to start to email Robert using Angie's list message center instead of talking to him over the phone so I could document the irresponsibility from his part. In fact, I went up to the roof (risky task), took pictures and sent them to him. He replied to my emails always apologizing for not having showed up. It is almost the end of April and the job is still incomplete. He never came to fix it. He was just pulling my leg, hence this review. Do not hire this company at all. Keep looking for something better for you. Mosquitos and larvae are having fun in the stagnant water in the gutter he installed. The experience with Gutter Edge and Robert is similar when you tried to have cable TV with Comcast. That's says a lot. We are very happy with the professional service, good price, and product provided by Gutter Edge.

Initially I hired Another Gutter Company. Tragically on the day my gutters were to be installed the owner, Jorge passed away. Fortunately for me his brother Robert from Gutters Edge honored the contract and installed my gutters. I found Robert to be a true professional and the fact he was not obligated to honor the contract he came through. This alone speaks volumes on his character and I would recommend him to anyone for their gutter needs.

There is no doubt that I was impressed with the speed in which my initial call was answered, quote provided and then the date arranged for the actual work all happened within a 2 week window. The owner Bob advised that I would need to have my house numbers moved (as the gutter obscured them) and that his men would take care of that. His suggestion. Not mine. They did not. Additionally there is a decorative edge around the house and his team did not cut the gutters into that edge so the down spout protrudes at an odd angle. When I called Bob to advise him of this he was very professional, advised those things should have been taken care of and that he would be out to make the changes. That was Oct 4th. I have now sent emails on Oct 12, Oct 24, Nov 06, Nov 11, Nov 18 and Nov 23. Each time the response was ? haven?t forgotten about you ? will get there. My last try was Jan 16th to which I received no response. Don?t let the workmen leave the premises until you are 100% sure and satisfied that the entire job has been completed.

Communication was good. Service was friendly and professional. Out of the three quotes, Robert's price (before coupon and discount) was in the middle and the impression he left was the best. Combined with all the positive reviews from Angie's List, it was a no-brainer to go with Robert. The installed product looks great and matches the house colors perfectly. Happy with this experience.

Robert offered many colors to choose from. Gutter Edge was punctual, and did a fast professional installation. I would definately recommend Robert over some of the other A rated vendors on this site. I contacted two others...one never bothered to quote me, and the other gave a quote twice as high. When I questioned that vendor on their price, they came down, and I confided the price to Gutter Edge and they matched it no questions asked. I like their integrity.
