We have used Guines before and it has always responded. Our equipment was not cooling. I called and in less than two hours, he was here. He worked trying to find the problem and when he did, he told us the options and how much each one could cost. We decided to just replace the defective part. He went to get it, after calling the company so they will have it ready. He came back and installed it, fixed our thermostat, and cleaned up.
Since years ago when, a Christmas Eve our AC stop working and we had the family coming to dinner, they managed to come and fix the problem. I had never had any problem with them. they are prompt, efficient and very professional
