Although the workmanship was good, the management was horrible, the communication between customer and company was horrible and the communication amongst themselves was horrible. Therefore, I ended up not having everything that was in my contract. They would disappear for days or weeks at a time without letting me know my status. When I started quoting around for projects within the project, example removing popcorn ceilings, they were way higher than vendors that I found. Shame on me for hiring them without getting other quotes.

Actually went to store in Miami. The sales person was excellent, caring and responsive. The product is recycled glass, very pretty. The installer was precise, professional and took pride in his and his crew's work. The result is beautiful.

It took them 1 day for each of the 3 steps involved in the process and it turned out very nice. It was expensive but worth it. They did a good job.

They were outstanding and they were really fantastic. They were very reliable and they responded quickly and sent somebody out right away when I called them. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable, he worked really well with me and he was very flexible with the pricing which I really liked because they came in high and I managed to negotiate down. They scheduled me for a time that wasn't that convenient and they were exceptional and switched my appointment to accommodate me. The workers were exceptional, they showed up on time and they cleaned up well.

Three people came to do the work, the countertops were done within a day and the cabinets took two. The crew was really nice, and I was pleased with the end result.

The technicians first came to take measurements, and they took precise measurements, because after the countertops were installed, they fit perfectly, like jigsaw puzzle pieces. The installers worked cleanly and efficiently, and their attention to detail in terms of finishing touches were superior. Costs were a bit on the high side, but it included inside and outside counters as well as a new big stainless sink. Compared to the cost of ripping out the old countertop (which would have included removing and having to re-purchase a bay window), this was a no brainer. Very pleased with the results.

Everyone I worked with from this company was very professional. The installers as well as the gentleman who came and measured for the template were very professional and pleasant. They were careful and made sure that anything they needed to move was done with care. They cleaned up after the installation was complete.I would work with them again.

Placed the order on 07/03/09; the job was completed on 10/09/09. I am very happy with the entire project & I plan on having another bath vanity refaced along with the countertop. There was a bit of a delay as the first kitchen countertop they brought was the wrong one as well as certain promotions that made them very busy! Everyone involved was very nice from start to finish. I liked the idea of minimal demolition; there was still some trimming of the old countertops, however. I would recommend them to anyone. The only problem is that I now don't like my Home Depot kitchen refaced cabinets; I wish that they had the large selection that this company has!

I've never seen anything like it. They were very professional, personable from start to finish and very prompt. The workmanship was amazing and they did all of this in just a couple of hours. My counter tops look like they are made out of granite now and it saved me so much money.
