Although the workmanship was good, the management was horrible, the communication between customer and company was horrible and the communication amongst themselves was horrible. Therefore, I ended up not having everything that was in my contract. They would disappear for days or weeks at a time without letting me know my status. When I started quoting around for projects within the project, example removing popcorn ceilings, they were way higher than vendors that I found. Shame on me for hiring them without getting other quotes.

Actually went to store in Miami. The sales person was excellent, caring and responsive. The product is recycled glass, very pretty. The installer was precise, professional and took pride in his and his crew's work. The result is beautiful.

It took them 1 day for each of the 3 steps involved in the process and it turned out very nice. It was expensive but worth it. They did a good job.

They were outstanding and they were really fantastic. They were very reliable and they responded quickly and sent somebody out right away when I called them. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable, he worked really well with me and he was very flexible with the pricing which I really liked because they came in high and I managed to negotiate down. They scheduled me for a time that wasn't that convenient and they were exceptional and switched my appointment to accommodate me. The workers were exceptional, they showed up on time and they cleaned up well.

Ultimately, we chose to go with another provider.   When we price compared, we found that the price we could get elsewhere was a little bit better so therefore, I am unable to say how the finished product would have looked.  
They were initially responsive and had good follow thru

The Gentleman from Granite Transformations showed up as discussed. He started a long presentation about his product and we was very proud that he working for this company. The quote was high compared to other providers. We understand they carry a unique solution but we dont feel it is worth the extra money. Why pay more to get less granite and just cover the old countertop instead of tear the old countertop out? Overall, too much (pressure-) selling for us. We decided  to go with another provider that came in, meassured, made a a drawing of the kitchen layout, left within 30 minutes and submitted a competative offer within a few hours.

It went okay but we ended up not using them. They did come, they were very prompt, very professional, however, we were actually able to get a better price. Really, it's unfortunate but we just ended up going with somebody else.  We would give them another try if we were to do additional work and keep the house just to see where they will come in. It was great except for the price. Other than that, it was perfect.

Three people came to do the work, the countertops were done within a day and the cabinets took two.  The crew was really nice, and I was pleased with the end result.

The technicians first came to take measurements, and they took precise measurements, because after the countertops were installed, they fit perfectly, like jigsaw puzzle pieces. The installers worked cleanly and efficiently, and their attention to detail in terms of finishing touches were superior. Costs were a bit on the high side, but it included inside and outside counters as well as a new big stainless sink. Compared to the cost of ripping out the old countertop (which would have included removing and having to re-purchase a bay window), this was a no brainer. Very pleased with the results.

Gina was very rude to us so we couldn't even call someone to give an estimate. I don't why she was so rude but we would like to have done all our kitchen and living room floor, but because of her, they lost a good customer.

Everyone I worked with from this company was very professional. The installers as well as the gentleman who came and measured for the template were very professional and pleasant. They were careful and made sure that anything they needed to move was done with care. They cleaned up after the installation was complete.I would work with them again.
