I hired this company in 2022 to install impact windows. He took me to see samples at Mr. Glass in Doral, promising high-quality windows. When it came time to install, he swapped them for a completely different, flimsy brand and insisted they were the same. When I reached out to the actual manufacturer, Eco Windows in Miami, they quoted me $1,800 with installation for a sliding door a fraction of the $5,500 this contractor charged me. This was a blatant rip-off! I felt deceived and taken advantage of. If you?re considering working with this company, get everything in writing and verify the actual product before installation. I would never recommend them!

DON'T USE THEM! SCAM and SCAM!!!! I was WRONG believing sales (Ariel C) and signing contract with them. Everything went wrong with the project. * Incorrect product delivered. * Design of windows wrong * Windows has glass glued upside-down * The size of windows gets measured incorrectly so installers break the frames. * Windows frames have stains and scratches * Garbage not removed * Shutters not removed ++++++++++ Don't repeat my mistake!!!!
