 + -1 moreWhile we have used this sub-contractor before as he generally does good quality of work, this last job he did for us, we were not pleased. During the second phase of his job, the owner and his friend were hanging the drywall. Both gentlemen used the master bathroom facilities which is an independent room to the master closet without our prior permission. A piece of valuable personal property went missing. All attempts, by us, our general contractor and police failed to get this item returned! The job was completed by different tradesmen which we hired independently.
Description of Work: Scope of work was to expand master bedroom closet which encompassed the demolition of a small wall, adding new wood partition framing with archways, hang drywall, re-install crown molding, and paint.
