ordered flowers 4/23 (paid same day) for delivery May 11 for Mothers Day. No receipt. Started trying to contact via phone (all lines stated voicemail full), chat line and email. No response

Roses arrived on time, looked absolutely gorgeous, however, they opened too quickly and became full blown in by the end of the 2nd day which meant by the day of the wedding the roses that were out in the heat were wilted. (corsages/flowers for an outdoor wedding; flowers that were inside for reception were fully open but were on their last leg). If I had an opportunity to do this over. I would have only ordered these a day - two days before the wedding. But I was also mother of the bride and did not have the time to do these on such short of a time table.
