George Lima Movers were incredible! Each step of the way - estimate/ packing/ loading the van/ unloading the van/ and coming back to collect boxes after the move. The crews were consistently well mannered, efficient, careful, and an overall pleasure. We cannot say enough good things about this company. Super professional!! They made a difficult process as painless as they possibly could. They were highly accommodating when we needed to change the date for unloaded due to issues with our closing, We highly recommend George Lima Movers .

Very well. Movers alerted me when they were on their way and actually arrived a few minutes early. Crew leader was polite, meticulous and efficient. He laid floor coverings at new place upon my request without hesitation. Crew moved contents of 2bd/2ba unit. Items were well-wrapped and carefully removed. Items were unloaded in orderly fashion and furniture items reassembled before departure. Travel distance between locations was about 3 miles. Job started at 9 am and was completed by 2 pm I provided bottled water, lunch and tips. Very good experience. Mover provider all necessary insurances and bonds.Price was fair and Mover honored the Angie’s List discount. I have already recommended them to someone else.

Team showed up on time and handled special requests. Had to move heavy furniture and washer/dryer from second floor to get into truck. Great team that worked very efficiently.

They were wonderful, we did a pack at 7940 SW 109 Street and then unpack in my new condo at 7727 SW 86 street on the same day and we were waiting on the approval to move in the condo, they were extremely patient. I would certainly recommend them to anyone that is moving.

This company did an amazing job! Matias and JC who headed our crew, were super respectful of our belongings. The whole team packed quickly and carefully. Each box was labeled accurately, and they even identified our knives on the wrapping paper, so we would take caution while unpacking. All the boxes were unloaded on the correct floor and room, which helped make everything easier. This company was punctual and communicated with us at every stage of the move. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

Working with this moving company was a pleasure from reviewing apartment contents in order to provide an estimate, through the packing process performed the day before the move and through the actual move. I am now a senior citizen and have had the opportunity to live in many places throughout the US and overseas. Each of those opportunities usually entailed some form of moving event. I can unequivocally state that this last move was the best move I've experienced all around. I am very grateful to Mr. Lima and his packing and moving teams for 1) providing an accurate and economically reasonable estimate and 2) their professionalism throughout what was a very positive moving experience.

It was very smooth and very professional and they are punctual and organized. Very orgazised as a team.They prepared the furniture very carefully .They were patient and I highly recommend this company.

While every move brings with it scratches and dents, I truly fee that they took great care and kept damage to a minimum. The crew arrived on time, worked pleasantly and efficiently. The drop off was so prompt that the loading dock in our new building was still closed for lunch.

Both times I was given a written contract with absolutely no hidden fees.  What they said would cost is what ended up costing in the end,  George Lima and his crew provided boxes beforehand in all sizes at no additional cost.  All my furniture was dismantled and wrapped in movers' paper, then double wrapped in plastic.  My mattresses, clothes, fine china, etc arrived at its destination without any problems.  The movers were courteous, accommodating, and worked efficiently in a timely manner.  They were punctual to the minute and the estimated completion time for both moves was accurate.  They take cash only, therefore, make sure you have the exact amount ready when the job is completed.  I would certainly recommend them and would hire again if I need to.

The crew was great, very helpful, handle my belongings with care, not one single damage including my china cabinet that could not be taken apart had to pad the glass shelves for them not to break. I was very pleased with experience, moving is never easy and it went smooth thanks to this guys. I had used this company 24 years ago and I'm happy I called them again.

George Lima came to our home and we discussed our needs and concerns. Afterwards we were provided with an estimate of cost. We did get other estimates but in addition to fairness of price, George struck us as a sincere man of integrity and that impression proved completely true. 
The truck and the movers showed up on time. All our furnishings, including several antique pieces and an upright grand piano, were wrapped carefully and the same scenario played out several months later at our new home, except in reverse. We had absolutely no problems. Everything was exactly as promised!!
We had to change the date of delivery to our new home several times.  I spoke with Lisa Lima and she could not have been more accommodating.
I must say also that the workers were polite and good humored and cleaned up any excess paper, bubble wrap or tape. The price was as agreed upon and not inflated upon delivery.
George and Lisa Lima are true professionals and do business with integrity that, unfortunately, is often lacking in their business.

This was my second time using George Lima, and if I hadn't left the Miami area, I'd use for the next move as well.  The men were professional, George is always pleasant to deal with, and they do a good job.  They may not be the least expensive, but they really take care in what they do.

This company is the very best.  I have used them 4 times now.  Always on-time.  Always professional.  Never had an issue whatsoever.  That is pretty rare in Miami.  I really could not recommend this company more.  If you ask me one word to describe George Lima:  Trustworthy.

I was very pleased with their services.  They were punctual, professional and polite.  They were considerate about taking extra care of my belongings by wrapping delicate items in blankets, etc.  They worked very hard and did a great job.  I would work with them again without any hesitation. 
This company gave me a firm quote before they scheduled the job and they didn't try to add any last minute charges like some other moving companies have been known to do.  They are true to their word.
The entire crew was VERY nice...from the gentleman who initially gave me the quote to all the gentlemen who came out to move my belongings. 
I am very happy that I chose this company. 

It's been a while but i recall the supervisor and his team as helpful, creative and very appreciative of the business. I would recommend this service to anyone contemplating a local or regional move. Fair price.
