 + -1 moreI have been trying to get them to fix my refrigerator for months. They hire subcontractors that are unprofessional and unreliable. I purchased an extended warranty that they were quick to sell, for the top of the line brand that they also suggested. 3 months later and one delay and miscommunication between them and their service provider.

 + -1 moreWHEN MY COMPUTER WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ENDED UP SENDING SOMEONE TO LOOK AT MY COMPUTER. INSTEAD OF TAKING UP ALL OF MY TIME REPAIRING IT THEY JUST REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE.

 + -1 moreWE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY CAME OUT THREE TIMES TO WORK ON OUR COMPUTER AND TOLD US EACH TIME IT WAS FIXED. AFTER THE THIRD TRIP THEY SAID IT COULD NOT BE FIXED. WE FOUND OUT LATER THAT WE COULD HAVE JUST REPLACED THE HARD DRIVE.
Description of Work: THEY REFORMATTED AND REINSTALLED SOFTWARE ON OUR HARD DRIVE.
