Contacted Best Buy Geek Squad by phone and set up appointment to pick-up a LCD TV on the December 26th and paid $100.  Emphasized that I live in a condo that only allows service elevator usage between 8AM and 4PM.  They noted it on the order and said it would probably be in the morning.  Used a vacation day to be there so they could pick-up the TV.
Best Buy Geek Squad left automated message on the December 25th saying pick-up would occur between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM.  I called back and was assured that they intended to pick it up a little after 2:00 PM so the 4:00 PM deadline should not pose a problem.
On the 26th in the afternoon received a call that the truck was behind but was told they would still make it before 4:00 PM.  At 3:40 PM I called and spoke to a supervisor who said that the truck would not make it because there was an elevator problem and some rain showers.  I then asked when the driver was likely to come since I could haul the TV to the ground floor myself and wait with it.  He responded that he can never say when a driver will be there but noted there were three stops before me. 
I had to call a different number to request a refund, which they granted.
Bottom line, Best Buy was not able to make the pick up during a six hour window.  I would be careful about contracting with Best Buy Geek Squad if you have any time constraint.

They did the job. It was sort of on the pricey side, but it was convenient.  I do like the year service that they provide if you have any additional problems.

I would give them A's on everything.

Technician was on time, seemed knowledgeable, polite, price appears to be within normal range.

THEY FOUND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER RIGHT AWAY. THEY HAD IT FIXED RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THINGS TO ME THAT I DID NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT MY COMPUTER.
