Lamar, with Geek Squad, came out and set up our TV and Sonos sound system.  He was punctual and got right to work unpacking the TV and Sonos System.  He had everything connected in short order and then proceeded to initiate the Sonos system and explainedto me how it work.  All very professional and he did a great job.  He represented Geek Squad in 5 star fashion and I was most appreciativeof his efforts.  The TV looks great and the Sonos sound system is the best on the market. Geek Squad is number onet in the business and I use their warranty whenever I buy a major product.  My last purchase was a computer.  They have great customer service and are more than willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy and get matters resolved. Thank you Lamar and Geek Squad for the setup and terrific customer service.

Geek Squad Inc was so good that they repaired my computer when my IT man couldn't. I've recommended their services to my daughter. They are good in every category. The man who came was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem. One thing good about them is that they don't give up. I don't pay my own bills so I don't know what it cost. It was fine, though.

I used them several times for various issues and had only good experiences. They are very reliable; it's great they come to you. They are slightly high in price but when you consider they are fixing a computer problem you can t solve on your on it's worth it. I feel they are highly skilled.

I WAS NOT TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK EXHIBITED BY THIS COMPANY. I HIRED THEM TWICE, THE SECOND OCCASION TO FIX WHAT THEY DIDN'T THE FIRST TIME. I WILL LIKELY NOT USE GEEK SQUAD AGAIN.
