I provided the provider the requirements of the project during the initial survey. The provider quoted me at $380 with paint not included. The requirement was to repair two cracks in the walls and to repair an outside fascia corner piece including painting. The provider started the project but asked for several items including a fan (I did not have) to dry the wall before painting. They also stated they could texture the repair as seen in the rest of the wall. They did this by dabbing saw paper on the wall. It did not suffice. This repair looks worse than it did prior to their effort. Lastly, the provider stated he d send a coworker to the site on the last day to finish up the paint. I mentioned the paint did not match as was expected. The provider stated that he matched the paint with his toll the best he could. I was able to match the paint myself at Home Depot and continued to paint it myself since he was not willing to do so. Also, carpet has paint on it. I can provide pictures of necessary. I compromised at $200 for work done.

Richard (Ricardo). the owner of GCR, called me immediately after I contacted Angi with my project information. He asked all the right questions and after filling in a few more blanks, I knew I had the right guy. It was a small project but he treated it like it was one of his biggest and most important. He kept in touch all along the way with texts and phone calls. The entire process only took 3 business days, all inclusive, from the first text to the final payment. Couldn't have found a better or nicer man to work with.

Very reliable and hardworking professional. Converted my garage into a large bedroom with bathroom/plumbing, shower installation, closet and laundry room and ac installation. Excellent turn around time and kept me up to date daily with the progress of the work. Richard also installed an exterior wooden fence in a weekend. Highly recommend for any home remodel or home addition
