I hired this company to do a mid level remodel which included a French Grey CL Industries pebble plaster resurfacing with a “lifetime warranty”. Within the first year, calcium nodules (white spots) started to appear. With intense research, I found this problem was caused by an improper application of the bond coat (bond coat failure or delamination) not by water chemistry which has always been maintained to proper specs, After several attempts to contact Gables Pools and Henry directly with photos, I was never contacted back. I also tried calling CLI directly but they also advised me to contact the installer. Now 4.5yrs later and over 2 dozen calcium nodules and several cracks in the pebble plaster, the finish needs to be redone. I cannot recommend this company. Great initial job with no support after completion. Very disappointed.

They came out quickly to give a quote. They arrived on time and gave us a quote on the spot. They always come out on the same day and do good work, no complaints. If they make a mistake, they correct it immediately and are available to come out and do spot cleanings on demand.
