I My only contact was with the secretary, Hortense. She was unhelpful and rude. She would not schedule a time for anyone to come to the house to give me an estimate until I had sent her photos of the work that needed to be done. I sent her the photos but did not hear back from her. Two days after sending the photos, I called her back. She said that she had emailed me to tell me that the photos weren't detailed enough. I checked my email and she had indeed sent me an email just hours earlier. So I asked her what exactly she needed me to re-photograph. Her response was something about the right side of the piece. I did not hear her well so I said, "well What exactly do you need?" To which she had the audacity to respond, "Honey, I am writing a report now. I don't have time for this." Now I'm sorry but if that is the kind of service quality one gets when trying to retain services, I can only imagine how much worse it might get if some detail went wrong when the services were performed. I give this company a big, fat F-.
