Nastiest people i have ever dealt with . The woman was combative and argumentative and hung up on me after making excuses on why they couldn't do the work they promised. Stay away at all costs. Ruined one of my chairs. Mattress still filthy. Hoping the credit card company reverses the charge.

3 hours late, they needed to replace 2 tires of the service truck. The person who arrive in my house is nice and friendly. The first thing he asked is a water hose, He appeared he has spilled a cleaning liquid in 1 of the rooms which discolored brown carpet into yellow. I notify the company and the receptionist try to justify what happen. Never apologize and promise to send someone to investigate. I did not ask for any money back. I express my disappointment but I did bot gave them a deadline for the investigation. 2 weeks after the service was performed and ask for more information from the check that we gave the service person. She claim it was washed out by rain. We gave the information without holding the payment pending on someone coming to inspect the damage. She still at that time did not tell us that someone was coming to do the inspection and never bothered to call us to say it will happen. I find this very unprofessional and totally disrespectful to the costumer.

The tech Alex, did an excellent job removing stains and restoring the floors to their original splendor. Very professional and punctual. They will be returning to finish a stone tile floor.

Easy and effective. I'm happy with them. They have consistent, reasonable pricing. Their technicians are professional, they have excellent communication and complete great work.
