He arrived on time and installed the blinds himself in the same amount of time he said it would take (3 hours). He also made sure the area was clean after he finished and he moved the furniture back into place. He was very professional throughout and I thought his price was very good. (I had gotten 2 other estimates.). I am very happy with the finished product and will definitely call Fred again when we re- do our living room window treatments. I highly recommend him!
