Working with Adam was a pleasure. He was extremely patient in helping us choose the most appropriate frame for the picture.
He was helpful, friendly, and extremely professional.
The picture as beautifully framed, while we enjoyed a wonderful lunch at a nearby Nicaraguan Restaurant that Adam recommended.

Met with Adam to have a diploma framed. He was very friendly, offering several options. Making our selection Adam gave me the price with a discount for Angie's list member. He said it would be ready in 45 minutes if I wanted to wait. The finished product was exceptional. Will recommend Frames USA to others.

Our son had four of his favorite posters that had been sitting in tubes. Based on Angie List reviews we chose Frames USA, drove to the store on a Saturday to get a quote and drop them off. The rep took time to explain the differences in the types of glass and pointed out that one of the frames was a standard size that we could buy cheaper at a retail store like Target. The price quoted was not cheap but reasonable for custom frames. I had expected that the framing would take about a week because of the holidays. The rep said he would try to have them done by the following Tuesday - Christmas Eve. On Monday they called to say the frames were ready a day earlier than they had quoted. The frames were securely wrapped, and flawlessly made. I would recommend Frames USA without any reservation.
