Pre paid for 2 doors to be made and delivered on a Thursday, no calls or emails, did not show. We had to call today Friday to find out delivery is now changed to Tuesday which means my husband is out of town and we had to ask a relative to possibly waste his time if it is not delivered, we are letting contractor know NOT to recommend!

The salesman convinced me to purchase a more expensive door than I originally intended, saying that it would be ready much quicker. He said it would take 2 weeks, but actually took 3 months! Meanwhile, I had great difficulty when I called trying to learn the status of my order.
