He did his inspection in about an hour and a half... which seemed short to me. My prior experience with an inspection lasted about 4 hours but the house was a bit bigger.
He report was delivered a few days later as promised. I noticed a few things missing from the report which I addressed with him. He promptly addressed each issue and repair costs/remedy.
After purchasing the house and spending more time fixing it up. I noticed a few things that were pretty apparent but not in the report.... but I wished they had been. Some peeling around a window meant there was a leak issue that need to be fixed. Also some floor sloping meant some issues with the floor joists that need to be fixed.
Update: Unfortunately, more things are coming out that I really feel should have been mentioned or at the least brought up. Recently, I was showed some pretty obvious roof signs that I really feel should have been pointed out and would have made a difference in my offer price.
