They were good. They are very nice people. After they did the work, one of the toilets that they fixed, I had to push it down a little stronger than usual to have it flush. We called them back and they made an adjustment on the chain. I was happy about that, that they came right back. I think it was the following day, if I'm mistaken. We may have waited a couple of days before calling back, but they came back the same day that my husband had called them. Plumbing is always high. We used another plumber one other time and paid a lot of money for that, so it's hard to say. Plumbers get a lot of money and I don't do comparison shopping. I think the price is outrageous but we don't know how to fix any of that on our own. They come and they call before they come. They call if they're going to be a little late.
