From the time I contacted them to the completion of the job all went well. Eric arrived on time at the scheduled date. He informed me of the process, I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. He worked diligently and without stopping. Covered all surfaces that needed to be protected, and used the exhaust extractor to prevent noxious fumes to permeate the condo. i have to say that the fumes are horrible. Thankfully, my son is not living at the condo yet, because it took at least 24 hrs. for the fumes to dissipate. Once the job was completed, I was very satisfied with the work. The bathtub looks like brand new. Eric informed as to the best way to clean it going forward. Overall, I am very satisfied with the whole experience. I would recommend them and hire them again.

They were great. I texted a couple of pictures of the bathroom and they gave me a quote over the phone. I had an ugly 1950s flamingo pink tile in the bathroom, but the tub was grey and in great shape, so I just wanted the tiles changed to white. To be honest, I wasn't sure you could do the tiles because I have only seen bathtubs done. But it was done perfectly. I had this done about 8 months ago and it has stood the test of time. Very positive first experience with Florida Bathtub Refinishing. Quote was obtained during initial phone inquiry with no variance during or at project completion, appointment was promptly scheduled for 2 days later and reconfirmed by phone the day prior, technician arrived as scheduled (actually 30 minutes early!), surface prep and surrounding area protective barriers were completed with attention to detail, finished product (tub & tile resurfacing/reglazing) looks amazing! Entire process from initial phone inquiry to follow-up phone call received after project completion was very pleasant and professional. Riojana was very friendly and informative and provided excellent customer-service throughout the process. Two of my neighbors have already seen the finished product and intend to use this company in the future for similar services as well. Experience was completely hassle and headache-free. Highly recommended!

I sent a message via the Angie's List app because I was concerned that my property (in the Florida Keys) might be too far for them. Got an immediate response from Rio with a price quote for service in my area. Called her this morning to schedule an appointment and she indicated that she had a crew in the area and that they could be at my house in 4 hours. They arrived as promised. I was not at the property but my General Contractor was and he was very impressed. They were very meticulous in their taping and prepping so that only the intended surfaces were transformed. The before and after pictures are amazing. My General Contractor said that they were "awesome" Would definitely recommend them and use them again. Very happy I called them and very impressed with their service.

Provider answered phone on first attempt.  They were polite and informative.  They set up an appointment with little wait time and re-confirmed via phone before the appointment day.  Norberto showed up at my home on time and completed his work in less time than the original phone estimate.  He made sure to re-confirm our color choice before beginning and exactly what he was re-glazing ( the bath tub and all of the old 4x4 tile in our bathroom).  He warned us when he was going to use a product that would produce odors, and was very polite and respectful. Overall we are very pleased with the results!

The job exceeded expectations.  Norberto and team arrived early which is good so they could get parking at my building which has limited parking for contractors.  They arrived before me and were waiting at my unit door.
They proceeded to get to work once they entered the unit.  They were very efficient, wrapping up the job in a few hours which allowed me to get back to work.  They were clean and did not leave any excess materials behind.
The finished product looked like a new bathtub and sink.   I loved that they installed a non-slip bottom on the bathtub and a lifetime warranty on the finish.  Next time I need to get a tub refinished, I am calling them. 
Also, Rio was also fantastic to work with in the office.  She provided a very reasonable quote within minutes.  She also provided insurance and other requested documents from my building extremely quickly.
