I called them up after reading an ad for air cut cleaning. They came out on time, but then when they went to clean the ducts, said the a/c does not work. It doe snot turn on. yet we just turned it off an hour earlier and never had any problems with it. They said they did not touch it, other than turning it off and then on. Then they wanted to charge me for "cleaning" the ducts, even though they broke my a/c and even had the gall to wan to charge for a diagnostic! I told them to leave asap. Office calls and demands payment for cleaning, but they did not even clean it. Cost me $320 to have another a/c company come out to fix. I looked on Google and say 76 complaints to the BBB as well as numerous, eerily similar stories. Seems like they have a racket going on. They claim that 27 years in business proves they are good. I say you have a 10% chance of getting honest work done, but then you have to worry if it will be good. STAY AWAY

I called to get service done because I received a great coupon in the ValuPak in the mail. I scheduled with the company. The date of service came and the guy called 2 hours after the appointment and said they were delayed. He then said he would be there in a couple of hours. They never came! So much for punctionality and responsiveness.

They were knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I would recommend their price.

They came with a remediation company that we hired. There is a definite difference in the air and, with the remediation company, they must have done the job correctly. They came when they were supposed to, they did everything in a day, and I think they did a good job.

The service they provided did not meet my expectations. The duct work was not in my opinion any cleaner than it was before.

I do feel that they did not clean the full dryer vent like they said they would clear up through the chimney. I felt like they were a bit deceiving with this information.

It turned out Ok. It was not tremendous. They were a little pushy they definitely tried to up sell. They did the job.

I have seen my coil before and the picture they showed me was not my coil. They are con artists and thieves. If you take a look at any of their BBB reports you will see this. They say they will clean your air ducts for $50.00 but when they come over they show you the picture they keep on their digital camera and how you will get sick from many different diseases. They are thieves and I say that advisedly.

They were good. They came out on time. They vacuumed the vents for about 30-45 minutes and it did a pretty good job. He also put applied some sanitizer.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE AND WORKED HARD TO GET DONE QUICKLY. I THINK THAT THE PRICE WAS GREAT.
