The job went perfectly. He arrived on time, was very courteous, he did not try to sell me anything additional, he was very honest and he answered all of my various computer questions. It took him almost 2 1/2 hours and I was please that it was a flat rate no matter what. A few nights later I had a computer question, I called him and he helped me fix the situation immediately.
