Window Treatment Service, Hurricane Shutter Service
I had contracted with him to protect three doors and the garage door from hurricanes including impact to maximize my insurance discount. He recommended instead of shutters to but storm safe interior supports for the garage door instead. SO I bought the interior supports as he recommended. The man installed the shutters fine but the recommended supports he really didn't not understand how to install. After getting them installed the owner presents me with a bill 90% more than the quote for the installation. When I complained about it he said that I had bought three not two supports. I said the manufacturer says my door requires three supports. He then changed his story again and got very upset with me when I refused to pay so much more. Now that my house was inspected the shutters passed but the supports that he recommended and installed do NOT qualify for impact protection by the insurance companies so I wasted hundreds of dollars based on his advise!

THEY CAME OUT AND MEASURED 14 WINDOWS FOR THE NEW SHUTTERS. THEY MADE NO MISTAKES AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP NICELY. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
