Fine Finished Doors, Inc

I spoke with David on 1/8/16 regarding servicing a custom front entry high impact solid hardwood double door. The door sticks making to difficult to open, close and lock. I not only found Fine Finished Doors  through Angie's List but was referred by the company who custom made the double doors and transom for our home. David agreed to come by our home the following day, Saturday 1/9/16 after 12noon-around 1pm since he was going to be in the area working another job.  I gave him directions to our home.  He was a no show/no call. I understand that the unexpected can happen but would have appreciated a phone call to reschedule.  I called back on Monday morning, 01/11/16 and was told he was not available and that he would call me back in 2 hours. No call on Monday or Tuesday.  I called again this morning the 13th and was told that he was already out and that he would call me back.

The whole process went great, from Suzet who was very patient and professional as we made several trips before deciding which door to purchase. David, the owner first came to measure, a true professional, he also was the one who did the install, along with a helper. David's work was wonderful, a true craftsman, from installing and customizing the frame to finishing with the molding.

After he left, my neighbor who was in construction stopped by to say what a professional job David did. We have recommended him to several people.
