When they took the order it was 4 weeks after the promised date. The quality of installation was horrendous. They had to recut everything went they got to the house which added days to the installation. It was just one nightmare after another. It took them 3 weeks to get the keys back to me for the shutters.

"We no longer have the installers that did that work. We actually pride ourselves in getting jobs done well. I notice that this was in the middle of hurricane season, which could account for delays in beginning the work, just because it gets super busy."
