EVERGREEN LAWN SPRINKLERS

Excellent service and customer communication, as always, which is why we continue to use Evergreen. When I called on 7/30, ileah at the office told me they could send someone on 7/31, but wasn’t sure of the time & they would call me when technician was on the way. I’m home all day so that worked. Got an email at 7:30 this morning that the tech was on the way to my house. He arrived a little before 8; checked the entire system, timer, pump, etc. Found one sprinkler head that needed to be capped off & replaced the nozzles on two others. Done by 8:15, emailed me the invoice. Called the office, talked to Kelly, who is always pleasant, gave her my credit card info to pay the invoice. As my husband would say, “Wham, bam, thank you kindly!”

Excellent. Kelly at the office got us scheduled right away. Saul arrived early on the appointed day; went over the work to be done in detail; ensured all repairs were complete and tested; cleaned up after himself. We have been using evergreen for our sprinkler needs for years. Highly recommend!

Came in, quick in and fixed everything perfectly. I had used several other comapnies that didn't know what they were doing. Evergreen have always been very good. They come promptly and were very professional. When they fix something, it stays fixed.

They're very good. We have an acre in four zones and everything is broken from tree trimming and they spent an hours and hours and they billed us for less hours than they were here. They were very nice guys. We've been with them for 18 years. They don't even need to be told what to do. They find everything that's wrong. They're not overpriced. They're very reliable. You're not afraid to have them in your house.

2 of the sprinkler heads ended up hitting my wood doors and 400 amp electrical panel, another pop up sprinkler head was installed behind my mushroom landscape light. When the head rises it hits the mushroom light and floods the fixture filling it with water then creates a mini waterfall flowing to the ground. My electrician had fixed this light numerous times. It wasn't until I put the sprinklers on myself and observed the poor judgement and placement of the pop up sprinkler that I realized why my light kept shorting out.When I called the owner, She told me my landscaper adjusted the sprinkler head to him my doors and must've trampled another head burying it. That is incredible she would lay blame to my person who mows the lawn and trims hedges and doesn't ZERO landscaping nevermind taking the time and trouble to run my sprinkler system and take a screw driver to adjust heads to hit my house and electric box. Furthermore this owner has never even been to my house yet professes to be an expert as to what my lawn mowing service may have done and makes excuses for their lack of fully performing the duties I specifically hired them to do. They have now lost my business and the new business they were going to get from me in maintaining my system for fertilizer on a monthly basis. Everyone makes errors but to them blame someone else and not take responsibility for them is UNACCEPTABLE!

Stay away! Absolutely no service after the sale. Zero. I had an issue with the sprinkler they installed and I asked Terry the manager for help. Flat out refused to send a technician to address my issue, even if I paid for the service call. it just wasnt important to him and said it would be a waste of his time. Proceeded to lecture me on the county's watering days that had nothing to do with why I called. Told me if I didn't listen to what he had to tell me that he would not talk to me at all. Extremely unprofessional. Needs a serious lesson in customer relations and how to communicate with customers. Obviously for this company the customer does not come first and customer satisfaction is of no interest to him. He hung up on me. But they're very happy to take $800 for a low end timer and a rain sensor. H*** of a way to treat a 100% disabled vet or any customer for that matter. Friendly warning to consumers. BBB is next.

Called the company to come assess the irrigation system. They were professional and punctual. They provided me with a quote right away and worked with my schedule to start the repairs. The company did a clean and professional job. I am looking forward to using them for all my properties.

I initially called them for repair of a hole in sprinkler line made by a previous lawn service preventing me from using my sprinkler system. Since I was having a large planting (53 areca palms) along the back fence, they suggested I wait until after the yard work was complete to avoid damaging any new repairs. As soon as planting was completed, I called and by some miracle they were able to have someone out to my house the very next day. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. My sprinklers have never worked better. I will definitely use them again.

They are excellent, they are top of the line, only downside is its a 2 week wait for them to come out, but the work is amazing

We used them at our other house and this house. They always use the same people so it is like a family type thing. They also seem to have the same guy in charge. They were last here in December of this past year. The service call is seventy five dollars and everything else is just separate for example if you have to buy a pipe or something. When they come out they are here for hours and hours. I don't see- like on this bill where they charge for more than an hour, but they are here for hours and hours. It's like they are undercharging us. The official charge is seventy five dollars it's no more than that. This last time they replaced two plastic impacts, replaced three pop up rotors and replaced one one and a half inch brae.We use them when we have a problem like when the lawn guys have run over the sprinkler system. Mainly for us it's always been repairs and replacement. For the sprinklers, they are great.

Terry and his team were great. From the first time I called they came right away. Terry listened to what I need and gave me his opinion. They did the job with great professionalism and quickly. The sprinkler system is awesome. I highly recommend Evergreen Sprinklers.

I picked them based on number of positive reviews in Angie's list. Terry the service manager took care of me and quoted a straight $750 for a 2HP pump repair very professional quick response. After the pump install It appears the check valve had issues and the installer quoted me $275 for replacement, new drop line to the well was needed according to them and the ended the job marking heads that were not turning or had issues once the system got going that day. The crew is professional and knowledgeable, but comments like, "this sprinkler head is a home depot special, they last 3 months and ours are not sold retail," should have probably led me to worry but it did not at the time. Also the installer talked about possibility of needing a sand filter, I asked him how much and he said $200 est. which in Terry's presence later the same day the installer mentioned it would be $600, Terry told all to hold may not be needed. First day total came in at $1,420 as they added 5 hours labor at $95 per hour for 2 persons...caution to others, get Terry to quote you in writing total cost including labor else you will get hit with surcharges and this was not what the installer quoted. Second day crew is timely and professional called to inform that the job was done around 4 hours after starting. Surprised at number of sprinkler head changes considering I did not see so many flags the first day, but I did not oversee the job as I had to go to work. I was not quoted nor shown an estimate prior to the work being done. The invoice for day two - 17 heads changed + labor for $977. I did a system check in the afternoon and found a couple issues not right and left a message to Terry about getting these fixed. I also wrote an email later in the evening to Terry asking how does he justify charging up to $40 per sprinkler head plus $95/hour for labor and to please provided the make and model of each of the sprinkler heads installed as I took note many appeared to be K-Rain RPS models openly available in Home Depot for $9 or K-Rain portal for $14, three to four times less his price and he charged labor in addition. Third day the installers were back to fix the issues that I stated in the voice mail to Terry, again very professional and timely, took about 30 minutes to fix heads that were not working that they claimed to fix, etc. The installer told me that Terry had knocked off some off the bill and he (installer) is not on commissions. After reviewing the new bill $380 or the 4 hours labor for 2 workmen at $95/Hr was removed from the bill and the installer stated that they have published rates for the job performed but did not show them. Later on I replied back to Terry via email asking him why I got charged for labor on the pump job that was a fixed price deal. Terry did call back and stated I was wrong about that and told me he did not charge me for the 3rd day and did not charge me for ?travel time? each day and that he did not charge me for a full day of work day one, the started at 8pm and left at 2pm, and he stated that ?yes some of the sprinkler heads installed cost up to $25? I would love to see that in writing, make and model. Still would like to see the rate table per sprinkler head replacement and why charge labor in addition? and the removal of such on my contesting. My overall feelings the installers are encouraged to increase the invoice/job amounts and if they find customers that won?t resist much its a good day for them. They are competent, but early in the 3rd day when the installer told me they are having much difficulty understanding and installing the newer Rain Bird digital timers with ET sensors, I think I may pass them up for that project.

We called Evergreen Sprinklers for a quote on our sprinkler system. We did not have any idea what condition our sprinkler system was in, as it came with the house we purchased. I called Evergreen Sprinklers and they said they would come out the next day and, if the system was not too bad, they would fix it on the spot. They came out the next day as scheduled to check out the system and found that it needed a lot more work than expected. They intended to return at a later point but, due to timing issues, my husband gave the green light to a different sprinkler company to do repairs. I would definitely recommend Evergreen Sprinklers based on their responsiveness and the friendliness of the people I spoke with when I set up the appointment and when they called to explain the situation with the system. I regret that we were not able to hire them this time and definitely would consider them for the future.

All done to perfecrtion. I would highly reccomend Evergreen to anyone.

Arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the problem. Rather than trying to sell me a new pump, Jeff suggested opening it up and replacing the motor, which was a less costly alternative. Further, the ultimate cost of the motor replacement came in under estimate. Once fixed, Jeff tested the system, replaced broken pipes and sprinkler heads, and calibrated the timer so that I was left with a fully-functioning and properly working system. The cost for all of this additional work brought the total bill in line with the original estimate for the motor replacement. Overall, a very positive experience with no surprises. I'm happy with the results and would recommend Evergreen.

They revamped most all of our inefficient previous system. We would definitely recommend this firm to our friends and neighbors.

I've used this company periodically to service our home's irrigation system. They've always been very friendly, professional, on-time, etc. I would definitely recommend them.

I wanted them to fix my existing sprinklers. They didn't do what I wanted. They insisted to do it their way, against my wishes. After he did the work, the yard was a mess. They came back to clean it up. But the next morning, whatever creature created the mess with the hole they dug first time, came back out and made it worse! They never showed up again. And I had to do it myself. They won't do anything for me at this point. They did come out and did fixed the problem. Now that I know they can do thew work right I am pleased
