I wanted to move to Brickell be closer to work. I started doing some research online and I realized fairly quickly I would need a realtor. Trying to find a place in Brickell that met my criteria and budget would be challenging. Fortunately I met Nena Myburgh through a mutual friend.
I met Nena at her office and she spent time describing the different sections of Brickell and I was able to tell her my criteria and budget. Soon after that first meeting, she arranged viewing appointments and we starting checking out places. I was impressed that she always had information on the buildings we were seeing; knowing the ins and outs of each one. I never felt any sales pressure as we went around.
Budget was a big concern for me. Nena was able to provide me cost comparisons with units that were sold in each building so we were able to see where I could potentially buy a unit at. Furthermore each building has different monthly maintenance cost that would affect my budget. She was able to provide me this information as we were looking at places so I would have an idea of total cost.
I finally settled on a place on Brickell Key that I really fell in love with. The seller turned out to be difficult to negotiate with and the seller and I were far apart on price. Fortunately Nena was able to get the seller down and we ended up settling up on a fair price. Since I was in no hurry to move to my new place she was able to setup a deal where the seller could rent for a few months after the sale. This creative move further lowered the price I paid.
Throughout the process Nena was very responsive to my calls and emails. She made sure everything went smoothly, making sure I had all the information I needed to make a good decision. She was at my closing and made everything went absolutely perfect. I am happy I found Nena. Thanks to her I was able to get a fantastic place at a price I could afford.

Amazing realtor. I was moving from NY to MIami for a new job opportunity and had only three days to find an apartment that was pet friendly (2 dogs). Impossible right? All I have to say is Esther Myburgh delivered. She found me a great 750 sqft- 1 bedroom pet friendly apartment and stood within budget. Amenities: great size pool, 10 minutes away from north beach and with bay view from my living room!! She definitely exceeded my expectations and will be my go to realtor in Miami.
