They cleaned pool once.

I called Ernesto for a quote for pool pump repair and that same day he was there and gave me a reasonable quote. As soon as the parts arrived a few days later, he had a member of his crew at my house to fix the pool pump. Elite Pool and Spa found that the issue was an electrical issue and not an issue with the pump motor itself and were very fair and honest. I would highly recommend Elite Pool and Spa to anyone!

Ernesto was very prompt and took very good care of our pool needs.

I called Ernesto Mendez last week and consulted with him by phone, He was very encouraging and said to call back when we were ready to do the job. On Tuesday 04/11/17 I called, he came to the house promptly on the 04/12/17, consulted with my husband, and was able to return later on to do the work. I can't believe how good the pool looks! He really knows what to do. He got rid of all the debris, stains and balanced the water. It is going to be lovely to have everything back in order in time for Easter Sunday. I think he is very reasonable and very knowledgeable. I selected his company based on other Angie List members reviews and I am very happy I did.

Excellent.The service and staff at Elite Pools have been great. We have had several people come out to do our weekly service and they have all been professional and knowledgeable. We have had a few odd questions come up (rust stains on the bottom of our pool) and Ernesto has personally called us to discuss the problem and solutions. He knew exactly what the problem was just from our description and how to fix it.

Elite Pool and Spa Services were prompt and professional when first presenting their estimates of job scope, requirements, process and costs, which turned out to be very accurate and effective. The staff is very courteous and professional, as well as punctual and accomodating. I have had previous pool service, repair and maintenance performed by other companies, but I would never go back to any of them now that I have been working with Elite Pool and Spa Services. It has been a great experience so far. From the moment I met owner Ernesto Mendez I was completely sure that I was in the hands of somebody that knows what they are doing. I was tired of paying too much or too little for services that did not met my expectations to say the least, these days mediocrity is the norm, my opinion of course. Elite Pool and SPA Services has provided me with excellent service every time, Walter one of the technician that comes regularly is amazing, always shows on time, very knowledgable, professional, listens to my concerns or requests and follows through. Ernesto, the general manager, also gave me a full explanation and estimate to resurface my pool, which will be needing it soon. The quality of materials available, the time needed, what would be the best approach, how many options and customizations are available etc. This to me is valuable, because most people don't take the time to explain anything to say the least. In general, I truly recommend Elite pool and spa services to anyone that is looking to spend more time enjoying the pool than working on it.
