They will also come out and do the outside as it is needed. All you have to do is call them. They worked out just fine for us. Actually, they treated one time and all the bugs were gone. I had another company that could not seem to get rid of the bugs, but, Elite did a very fine job. As far as pricing, my wife handles all the bills so I am not sure of that.
