Chris is the owner. He goes around and sets up a booth at local fairs and gets his business that way. I do not know of one satisfied customer. He is using someone elses license for his work. Kevin is their operations guy. He wouldn’t return my calls during the job as well. It took over a year and half to complete the project. Their blueprints did not match the final job and there were repeated failed inspections. I had to hire another company to finish the permitting and paperwork. He owes me $5,000 and he did send a letter signed confirming this. It has now been a year and a half, and he had not paid. I last heard from him about six months ago and he now states that for him to pay, I have to remove all of my negative reviews regarding his business from social media. He doesn’t answer my calls and I haven’t heard from him since then.

The initial install was great! Chris was very responsive, did the job, gladly accepted my check.
2 years later, my water bill sky rocketed and a plumber told me there was a leak in the system. I called Chris numerous times-both on his cell and at the office. He promised to go out and see what was going on...
Never heard from him again! 3 weeks later-still have not heard from him.
I hired Bionic Plumbing to detect and fix the leak. Total repair cost: $250.00! What a foolish business move-Electron!

There should be a wall of shame with a big picture of these guys on it.  Turns out they are not even licensed to perform the work they did do. I will have a hard time forgiving my GC for not checking on that before subcontracting the solar work to them.  They took almost 10K from me for the battery backup system and disappeared.

Signed a contract, started work.  Still waiting for the panels.
