The process of setting up the appointment was easy. They offered a virtual visit in order to provide a quote for the job. The problem came about once the technician was on-site. The price went from $689.33 to $828.93. The excuse was that they encountered a metal plate that they weren’t expecting. I found this excuse questionable as many new homes had metal plates near the fuse box. This increase in price was unacceptable but since the technician had already started drilling and cutting, the only option that I had was to allow them to complete the job. I will NOT use this company for any additional work! They offered a $10 discount to make me happy after milking me for an additional $139.60.

Eduardo arrived on schedule and quickly got to work. He move the first chandelier from a different location in the apartment and then installed the second. He was very careful to not damage anything during transport and took the time to align it nicely with the cabinets. Highly recommend.
