 + -1 moreWhat happened was she used this guy and he came out and he requested a deposit for architectural service. She was going to do some renovation to her house so he requested a deposit for some architectural service and he would draw up some plans and so on and so forth. So, she gave him a deposit, I think somewhere in the neighborhood of $3,000 or $4,000 and that was a lot of money, and the guy never came up with the plans. Just recently, and she sent me a copy of it, she got a judgement against this guy for the amount of money she had put down as deposit because he never did anything about the plans.
Description of Work: My daughter have used EAV Architecture.
