I've been utilizing Eastern Exterminating's services for almost two years. They have gone above and beyond to determine what the heck is going on at the rental house I've been living in. While the front yard/side yard is doing very well, with their diligent application (initially monthly when the sod was installed, then quarterly after established -- including meeting with me and walking around each time to discuss the issues/problems and explaining the different weeds and issues), the backyard is a mess -- THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIRS. They did everything they could to save the lawn. When the landlord re-installed sod, Eastern Exterminating came monthly to protect the lawn, examine the sprinklers and meet with me for walk-throughs. They were SO conscientious. When that SECOND round of sod started dying, they did EVERYTHING they could to save it, at no additional charge to me. When it was evident that it was beyond saving, they were perplexed. They theorized it could be a rare virus in the soil that they have only seen a few times in over 20 years. At my instigation, and at their cost and trouble, they took soil sample "plugs" from around the backyard and sent it to the UF for analysis. They provided the report to me, also at no cost, which confirmed the presence of this UNHOLY AND AWFUL thing that COULD NOT BE ERADICATED WITH ANY METHOD EXCEPT LITERALLY TAKING A BACKHOE AND REMOVING A FOOT OF DIRT FROM THE ENTIRE SURFACE OF THE BACKYARD. As my landlord will NOT be doing that, I was at least at peace knowing that I was not to blame for this, and that the virus was killing the grass and would kill ANY grass planted furthermore. So now, they just get rid of any bad pests, fungus, etc but don't use herbicide in the backyard; they fertilize as well. Even though it's mostly weeds, at least it looks green... and when it's cropped by the lawnmower, if i squint my eyes it LOOKS like grass out in the backyard. They are friendly, responsive by phone and by email, and extremely detail-oriented. their prices are fair. I am most pleased after 2 years of service. They also have organic treatments.

We have a service for the house and yard and I pay probably $90 a month. They are termite specialists. I think if we had termites, then it would have been extra. I don’t know if they treat for it on a regular basis to avoid them. They are pleasant to work with. They are punctual and I have never had a problem with them. I always had problems with the people I used before. These people seem to know how to do their job. I hired them because I wanted to get rid of the previous company since I lost a bunch of palm trees and everything was dying. There were weeds everywhere and they weren’t doing their job. I am very happy with Eastern Exterminating and it has been good so far. It is like another family business and they are really nice. It is a husband and a wife who own it. They have employees, but they are very nice to work with.

He's been with me for a long time. I've had these royal palms since they were 2 feet high and now they tower over my two story house. They take really good care of all my palms by checking them for diseases. They're just great. They're very friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. They get straight A's.

They come exactly as I have requested. I don't have to call them to remind them. They always put a sign in my yard to warn my neighbors to be careful since they have used a pesticide to spray.
