I used this company to send a stroller, playpen, baby bathtub, and a microwave oven to my sister in Venezuela who is having a baby. The provider never sent merchandise in three months. They quoted me a price of $875 to ship these items. I thought the price was too high and I decided not to ship with them. In order for me to recover my items they charged me $ 75.00 for doing nothing. The workers are rude. I do not recommend this company to other people.
